We have created a Customer Success Team to help us be more proactive and responsive to the needs of our customers.  You now have an assigned customer success team member to help provide more personalized service. 

Through a deeper relationship with our customers, we plan to help you better understand and implement OPIE workflows and best practices, increase awareness and education of new as well as existing features and offerings, and use what we learn to help our teammates improve the software and advance the overall OPIE community.  We’ll be regularly reviewing your suggestions to help our development team better understand your needs. 

Our Customer Success team is here to help with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as new user licenses, branches, contact details, and training. They are also available for more in-depth, one-on-one engagements to help you apply OPIE Software effectively in your environment.
